Nice place for coffee and a muffin while your daughter and wife shop the mall for hours.

Excellent coffee and nice seating for people watching.  Plenty of newspapers around the side of the service area.

Unclear communication from the counter staff meant we were waiting for table service (and ignored by staff) when none was available.
Tea cup edge not clean (from top of coffee machine).
Breakfast was not hot, just warm.

Having said that, when I went back to the counter to order, the other staff member was clear and polite.
    All in all, underwhelming.
